2006 Jingmai, Auspicious (Jixiang Jushi)  1.) 7 seconds. Slight qwenching, mouth feel, burnt caramel flavor/not sweet. 2.)10 seconds. Roasted dry barley, sorghum, tension/slight soft astringent, body energy, slight viscosity in mid presentation falling off. Flavor is strong. Pucker. 3.)10 seconds. astringency more forward similar to soft wisps of ripe persimmon, mouth feel, slight increase in viscous, strong flavor, roasted barley, dry tension on surface of palate. Italian leather. Delayed camphor. Slight qwenching afterward. 4.) 15 seconds, more well rounded, strong flavor, slight increase in viscosity, wild dried currents, more pleasing texture than prior. Empty cup smells sweet. 5.) 15 seconds, less astringency, softer, viscosity more in the forefront, astringency falling back, nice mouth feel, much more well rounded
