My notes:
Wet leaf brings forth aroma of vegetable stalk- almost like bitter in the nose.
Bittersweet, without a matching astringency, from step one. For a 2023 this brews pretty strong with a dark hue to it. Fantastic body with a very pleasing huigan that turns to pockets of sweetness.
Somehow a hint of umami like a sodium sensations in the mouth. Not really sure what is going on but this seems to be a pretty youthful powerhouse.
