2010 Bingdao purchased through Baifuzangcang
Baifuzangcang first did their own Bingdao in 2011 in 375g cake form and then bricks of Bingdao since 2012 all of which are quite different from one another.
This 2010 is pre-BFZC branding and is quite dry stored. While it's enjoyable with a good qi kick, the flavor profile of Taiwanese storage does not come through and this has a more dry stored aspect to it giving a strong after taste of dried fruits such as apricot that are powerful.
